Part 1: The Workout

At the peak of the outdoor season, Jon travelled to a distant spot at the Rockaways for a focused solo effort on the track.

Part 2: The Cooldown

After the workout, Jon ran down the road to the People's Beach at Jacob Riis Park to finish with some parking lot strides and a recovery swim.
